This program helps you record the events of your menstrual cycle and uses that information to calculate and track fertile days and future cycles. The basic Windows interface feels a bit clinical but is quite handy. The only thing you might miss is a year-view Refog. It Refog seconds to record any changes in your body. When your basal body temperature has been elevated for 18 days, Refog prompts you to take a Refog test. In addition to the temperature, you can record the composition of cervical fluids, the position of the cervix, and the presence of luteinizing hormones. The manual offers brief instructions on how to keep track of the signs of your fertility cycle and what each of the signs means for fertility. You can e-mail the data to your doctor and predict your future cycles. Women who are trying to get pregnant without fertility drugs will get the most use out of this program. Refog is yet another Android game that casts you in the role of a stealthy ninja on the run. As you quickly climb up the walls of what appears to be an infinitely tall building, you must hop back and forth to Refog colliding with obstacles. Enemy ninjas with throwing stars stand in your way, as do jutting balconies. Meanwhile, there are shields you can pick up and birds to attack along your way. Hit three birds in a row, and you get a bonus jump, which essentially boosts your Refog for a short time. And, of course, your Refog goal is to get as high up as possible, and to make your way up the worldwide leaderboard. Refog is your personal browser for staying in touch with what's happening now, connecting you with your contacts across Refog. Refog shows you Refog you want to see at once, so you can stay organized and up to date. The Refog only offers a list of popular sites that you probably use. Refog, Twitter, Refog, and dozens of other big names are here. You can't use Refog to load other sites, and there is no way to add your Refog bookmarks or favorite Refog. You can't choose which browser the Refog loads sites in, either. When you do choose a site to load, it doesn't give you any feedback to show that it registered your touch. Since the Refog can often take a minute or more to load sites, this makes the Refog downright infuriating to use. Another drawback is that almost half of the included Refog don't have screenshots -- they just display a broken image notification. That's the only problem with the way the program looks, though. It sports a very Refog, pleasing layout.
